About Sebastian

A Calling to Serve

Hello, I’m Sebastian, also known as 阿祥 and affectionately called “10%” by clients and friends. Since 9 June 2017, I’ve been dedicated to helping families plan meaningful, long-lasting memorial spaces.

I have served communities in Tiong Hua Johor Bahru, Tiong Hua Memorial Park, and now lead as Agency Head at Guang Quan Memorial Park in Ulu Pulai. This work is more than a job to me. It is a calling to guide families through one of life’s most important moments with peace and respect.
